be people solutions is about working with more people to create more great workplaces. it’s about finding solutions, and proving the value of good hr, and showing how it can transform businesses and lives. to me, good hr is about being real, about being adaptive, and creative. it’s about treating people with respect, regardless of the situation at hand. it’s about breaking down barriers and processes (and sometimes more processes) to get to what is at the core of our organisations, our people. i get my kicks from fixing things and from making things better. to be honest, the ‘way things have always been’ and the day to day hum of outdated hr bores me. i believe there is a small (but really important) place for black and white approach to people, and love to mix it up in the ‘grey area’ to find the best outcomes all round. my goal is to help leaders spend less time talking about people, and more time being people. it’s about helping our organisations to be more people focused, and to
