as many silicon valley startups go, beacon real estate came to fruition as an idea, an inspiration, a conversation over a business lunch between two lifelong friends. marc magliocco & peter felix met at a small real estate firm back in the mid 1990’s in los gatos california. marc & peter had always spoke of doing “something unique” in their field. fast forward 20 something years, with over half a century of experience between them, beacon real estate was born. living and working in the heart of silicon valley, marc & peter knew what they wanted to incorporate when starting their own firm. “being in the hub of technology, we knew we wanted to take advantage of all the great inspiration and energy that surrounds us every day. from our look to the way we interface with our clientele, we envisioned beacon as being the pure essence of what it means to be silicon valley brokers”. coming from two of the largest real estate brokerages in the valley, marc & peter wanted to move away
