plastic pollution is on the rise, that is a fact. we are learning more and more just how plastic makes its way into our oceans and then into our food supply- basically, we are eating plastic on a daily basis. new laws are being passed across the country banning plastic bags, straws, etc. we have an obligation to do our part, as individuals, to help in any way we can to preserve our precious planet. the environment needs tlc in order for us to have any hope of preservation for future generations and beans n canes is passionate about taking action to assist with the negative ramifications of plastic pollution. one night in november 2019, three friends came together for dinner and drink. the restaurant handed out plastic straws with the drinks and not even thinking anything of it, the conversation turned into how damaging plastic straws are to the environment, marine life, pollution, etc. it was then that the idea of taking action came into the conversation and the inception of beans n c
