the plante family has been producing pure new hampshire maple syrup on our small farm in southwestern new hampshire since 1993. we are a second generation farm specializing in small batch maple syrup made using old fashioned techniques: a wood fired evaporator and no sap processing. we also offer infused maple syrup with flavors like cinnamon, bourbon barrel aged, coffee, and smoked chile pepper.
