we believe that communities and organizations everywhere are enriched and the world becomes a better place when passionate, creative, diligent, kind people come together in spirits of selflessness in order to build trust in strong professional relationships to achieve tangible results. we carefully select our members and create an environment that encourages each of them to look for opportunities to help the others develop and succeed personally, professionally, and in service to others. we believe that regular face-to-face interactions and consistent additional contact enrich the relationships that our members have with each other. the more we know and understand our fellow members, the more passionate and productive our efforts will be for each other and those around us. our student members meet 1-4 times per month and are encouraged to schedule 1-on-1 meetings with each other in addition to official group meetings. our alumni members remain connected to each other via phone, video c
