this company is a 2 doula partnership in knoxville, tn. we are both birth doulas and postpartum doulas. as birth doulas, we assist during labor with continuous emotional support, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques. our goal is to help expecting families achieve your desired birth and to help you feel confident, cared for, and empowered by their labor and birth. if desired, we help you create a birth plan to express your wishes to your medical providers. we support you in whatever kind of birth is planned, whether that is a completely unmedicated birth at home with a midwife, a planned cesarean birth with an ob/gyn, or anything in between. as postpartum doulas, we are here to help you through this transition by educating and supporting you and providing breastfeeding support, emotional support, resources, assistance with infant care, and any necessary referral information.
