bebeköy, is settled on the hills of bebek district with a great scenery of istanbul strait, in a unique enviroment. it consists of twelve historical residence buildings up to 8500 m²and a sports club which is already contracted to and operated by mars athletic club on 4000 m²in 63 acres land.  bebeköy has a deep history, rooted back to 1800s. due to the support of jésuites to ottomans during the crimean war in 1850s, the sultan abdulmecit has given the area for the use of frenchs. since 1850s until 1991, it has operated as french orphanage, where, the children of assyrian families of mardin city, has been educated under french culture and customs. all the sucessful children has been sent to france with their families. we, the bebek tourism and construction a.ş., has taken over the property in 1991.
