we are an independent charitable foundation focused on educational programmes in low income and underserved communities, helping people to build the skills and confidence they need to better realise their potential. the foundation is focused on achieving 'ambition one million', aiming to reach one million people in a meaningful way with its work over the next five years. in many educational systems, young people are not being given the personal skills, knowledge or opportunities they need to succeed into the future. we are working with partners in low income countries to develop inspiring, meaningful educational content and programmes of support; helping young people to build relevant skills to improve their employment and income prospects and importantly increase their self-belief and well-being, raising the quality of life for many. our initial focus is on programmes in kenya with our vision being to expand this work into other low income countries. we are encouraging individ
