Bee Me Kidz

bee me kidz is a privately funded educational non-profit with the mission to inspire children and their families to be the best me they can bee! bee me kidz accomplishes this goal by working with the school, community and families to implement a multi-pronged approach to building children’s learning potential and resiliency. bee me kidz consists of: · a weekly 4-hour saturday play and learning program for at-risk children, with low student to staff ratios led by certified teachers. · building children’s social and emotional skills through the world-renowned paths (promoting alternative thinking strategies) curriculum. the paths curriculum is taught 3 times a week to all children at the bmk schools as well as at the saturday program. · boosting children’s nutritional status by providing a nutritious family brunch each week, healthy snacks during the program and a monthly basket of fruits and vegetables for families to take home. · a parent component that enhances parents’ capacity to su
