beech consulting is an executive search and selection business, specializing in middle to senior management (including board level) positions, mainly within the waste management, environmental services, utility services, and fm sectors. principal consultant, mark berry, has almost 30 years recruitment experience, 20 of those within the aforementioned industries. the main focus of the business is to provide recruitment solutions in particularly "hard to fill" and / or sensitive situations. neither case lends itself to advertising, and so a discrete and confidential approach needs to be utilised. having operated within these industry sectors for so many years, an impressive network of contacts, (many at md and chief exec level) has been established, with many long term successful client business relationships. the beech approach is entirely based on working closely with clients over time, in order to fully understand the business, and therefore identify the best possible candidates. asid
