Beech Grove Farms

we believe that soil health can change our planet. our goal is to always keep living roots in our soil. the regenerative agriculture practices we use, such as no-till, cover crops, and decreased chemicals, not only improves our soil health, but also helps take carbon out of the air and use it in the soil. our soil is a living soil with worms, insects, bacteria, and fungi all doing their part to bring nutrients to our crops and increase water infilration. we keep them happy by not disrupting them, giving them a variety of food and habitat, and not killing off the beneficial insects and fungi. we are not currently organic, but as we wean our soil and crops off of artificial inputs we will see where this journey takes us. we plant both gmo and non-gmo crops depending on the markets that we can find. our focus is on farm profitability and improving soil health, not yield.
