beefficient is a mobile app that allows users to manage, monitor and evaluate agile working groups in an efficient and objective manner. the application allows users to create working groups which they can organize or simply monitor based on the statistics we provide. any working group member can create and delegate tasks to others and make group-wide announcements. in addition, anybody can publish available tasks in a pool where the others can self-assign from. this way we allow teams to self-organize without the need of a manager who is in charge with publishing and keeping track of all the tasks. what is more, the application monitors the group's activity and in the end, the manager has access to in-depth analytics and predictions for the members and working groups they supervise. they can view detailed statistics such as the number of task each person completed, the number of task people generated and self-assigned and even the amount of time a task was available in the pool until
