originating from south louisiana, and co-founded by christina milian and elizabeth morris, beignet box is the first of its kind to offer the amazing taste of beignets to consumers nationwide. originally launched as a pop up in louisiana state university’s famous tiger stadium in fall of 2018, beignet box now operates two food trucks (lafayette, la & los angeles, ca) and recently opened the doors to a brick and mortar café in los angeles. our mission is to create a premium brand experience by passionately delivering delicious products and sweet treats; inspired by the rich and flavorful culture of south louisiana, in a warm and welcoming environment. our cafés and trucks promise to transcend patrons to a warm southern day each time they indulge.
