the belfast works lemis+ project gives support, advice and training to help people who are not working get back into work. the project provides people of all ages and backgrounds with one to one support from skilled mentors and coaches. the mentors offer careers, education and training advice to help people get into employment, and the coaches work with people who are not working due to health issues, providing advice on goal setting, confidence building and health improvement strategies. the lemis+ project offers support with everything from job applications, cvs, interview practice and training to confidence building. the employer liaison service within the project matches employers seeking people with people seeking work. we offer a completely free service to help employers recruit the most suitable people for their business. vacancies are advertised throughout our belfast citywide network, and we provide tailored pre-employment training packages to target skills gaps as wel
