belgian butter 🇧🇪 simply butter with something better 🧈 stakes : coming from a line of craftsmen, we have been specialising in working with butter for 4 generations (1910). our project consists of revaluing a heritage that is increasingly being lost: reworking butter in a totally artisanal way, presenting it in different forms and flavours, but also proposing a butter that will follow a seasonal pattern. in addition, we would like to create a community, a network of ambassadors and people willing to help us make this project a reality in the long term, involving farmers, dairy farmers, artisans, restaurant owners and consumers. we want to put the spotlight on the people who harvest the milk, shape the butter and transform it through a unique know-how, but also on those who enhance its applications, chefs and anyone who has had a hand in making it. we also want to highlight the people who use the butter, the chefs and all those who have a culture of the table. we wish to give le
