below the line is a partnership founded by a group of people from the worlds of business, sport and adventure. in early 2015 we decided that it would be great fun and really interesting to see what would happen if we all come together to collaborate in a more sustained and meaningful way. this idea was born out of our collective belief that brilliant people make brilliant leaders. we work with individuals and companies who are inspired by this idea and who are motivated by a desire to understand and develop themselves as people in order to be more effective and fulfilled in their personal and professional lives. below the line was identified by our team as a phrase that best encapsulated where we try to operate when we are working with individual clients, athletes, groups or teams. we believe that being honest, open and vulnerable with ourselves and those around us along with a willingness to be challenged and confronted by the honesty and truth of others is how we truly come to an und
