Bendy Brewski Yoga Seattle

bendy brewski was created in 2011 from friendship and the combining of two passions - yoga & craft beer. after failing to get friends from the food & beverage industry to take classes in the studio, beth was offered the opportunity to use the new, not yet open to the public, space of the brewery floor at holy city brewery in charleston, sc. chris brown, beth's friend and coworker at the time, was opening the doors to a brewery and growing his dream, too. it started out only for friends and their families. after class, they would taste a beer and chat about the class, the beer & this work they loved. beth asked chris if they could open the classes to the public with a beer tasting following. the idea was born and has flourished in it's birthplace, charleston, sc since 2011, in memphis, tn since 2015 and in seattle, wa since 2016! bendy brewski yoga has been featured in the new york times, women's health magazine, food and wine, yoga journal, craft beer publications & many more.
