beonsite is a national not-for-profit company and charity created by lend lease to respond to community needs and build local partnerships, providing disadvantaged people with industry relevant training and sustained employment within the property sector. beonsite can offer on-the-job training for skills in the property industry, leading to long-term employment for successful candidates. we train local people for local jobs and allow them to earn money in the process. beonsite tackles sociel exclusion through real jobs for the unemployed, homeless, ex-offenders, serving prisoners, black, asian and minority ethnic (bame) community, people with disabilities, women into construction, and other people from disadvantaged groups.
