berg andonian has spent the last two decades serving employer clients in the pacific northwest. in 1997, joe berg and kirk andonian started berg andonian, inc. over the next 20 years, they built the company into a “puget sound business journal top 20” insurance firm. with a passion for exceptional customer service and a mandate to help employers control costs, berg andonian grew rapidly. today, berg andonian serves employers in the manufacturing, governmental (school districts, county governments, and hospitals) and retail sectors. in 2017, berg andonian, inc. acquired rapport benefits group located in tacoma wa. a new, larger office in tacoma wa opened in january 2018 to accommodate the growing staff.
