Berlin-Brandenburg Aerospace Allianz

berlin-brandenburg aerospace allianz (bbaa) e.v. is an economic association for the aerospace industry in and around the german capital. the alliance was founded by eleven companies in 1998. today it consists of more than 70 members and thus represents virtually the entire industry. the members range from small and middle-sized companies all the way to global corporations, representing a broad spectrum of aerospace firms, institutions, universities and research facilities. the companies of the aerospace alliance encompass approximately 6,300 purely industrial positions (rolls royce dahlewitz: 2,000 employees). overall, the aerospace industry and related service providers in our region employee approximately 25,000 persons (including 15,500 at the airports and in their direct vicinity; 1,400 are employed directly by the airport company). cover picture copyright ©wirtschaftsförderung land brandenburg gmbh, wfbb
