best 4 learning was founded in september 2014 by julia johnston & vicky lambert, who after many years of working with children in various areas in sport, art and education had seen how creative activities could have such an influential effect on children’s well-being. best programs were designed around the development of the child’s brain and subsequently became the focal point of all best programs from ages 4 - 16 years. best clubs teach children to look at their individual strengths and learn to work together as a team. they build self-esteem, understand behaviours, manage emotions and embrace resilience and the courage to be in control of their own actions. best creates a safe, healthy environment in which children can explore and develop. they help children to find different, acceptable ways to act, by opening up different channels through the variety of team games, art activities and drama, enabling the children to grow into confident young adults. best workshops were developed
