we believe that one of the most transformational aspects of therapy is the relationship that's formed between counselor and client. we pride ourselves on being warm, personable, and safe. we're real people who truly care and we're passionate about helping folx heal and live their best possible lives. our specialties include: trauma (complex, developmental, recent, trauma-based dissociation), relationships, moods (anxiety, depression), eating disorders (and body image struggles), genx stage life issues, spirituality, and lgbtqia+ issues. we use person-centered approaches and evidence-based interventions such as emdr, accelerated resolution therapy (art), act, dbt, motivational interviewing, cbt, narrative therapy, mbsr, therapeutic coaching, and more. our practice is currently 100% telehealth and we serve residents of arizona and florida.
