best, board of european students of technology, is a non-profit and apolitical organisation of students from technical universities from all over europe. best was founded in 1989 with the purpose of strengthening the bonds between students, universities and industry on an european level. at the same time, it was to assure the awareness of the questions and the problems that europe technology students might face and create important contacts for future cooperation on science and culture. the students' intention was to get to know each other and in that way learn about other cultures and other people's way of thinking. as of today, 97 local best groups (lbgs) in 34 countries are creating a growing, well organised, powerful, young and innovative student network. best ensam was one of the founding members of best, and has been officially a local best group since 1989. we organise every year an academic seminars and an engineering competition, as well as internal events for our best memb
