Best Foundation

the best(bulgarian english speech tournament) foundation provides the english-language learners of bulgaria an opportunity to come together in a language-immersive and intellectual community, in pursuit of personal growth through english language speech and debate. we empower students to think critically, express themselves creatively, and engage in a wider global community. through our program, participants can expect to enhance their english-language skills, confidence, and leadership potential. the best foundation, formerly known as the bulgarian forensic league, was founded in 2013 by six fulbright english teachers. we wish to redefine “best”; we see success as a process that extends beyond an award ceremony.
