too often we struggle and get trapped within our difficulties, whether they be around our personal or career selves. we can dragged down by events which have no bearing on the wonderful people we innately are. through stress, anxiety, a lack of confidence, trauma or limiting beliefs we are shackled into a life which is not right for who we are. obligations, fear, finance, responsibilities, limited opportunities and a lack of clarity or vision further keep us steeped in this reality. we are fearful to explore our options in case the alternative is worse than the current reality, or for fear that we may be judged, or because we are putting ourselves above the needs of our loved ones. we hear the term familiarity breeds contempt. does this apply to life in general do you think? does being stuck in a monotonous pattern revoke our creative ideals and our positive growth? does this lead to feeling trapped or stuck? if we do not mix things up from time to time our life can begin to stagnate
