we are a home health agency servicing the st. lucie, okeechobee, martin, indian river and palm beach counties located in port st lucie, florida. we have a staff of dedicated professionals that include registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists as well as a social worker and home health aides. our services include skilled nursing assessments, medication administration, blood pressure monitoring, diabetic monitoring, wound care, iv therapy, diabetic teachings, ostomy care, tracheostomy care, physical/occupational therapy as well as non-skilled services that include assisting in personal hygiene, light housekeeping, errands and shopping, joyful companionship and light meal preparation.
