we are a personal training business helping clients think, eat and move better for an energy filled and happier 'rest of their' life. our clients are predominantly 40+ year old professionals and business owners who have never really got much out of the gym scene or in fact have been turned off by it. we are professional consultants with a coaching mindset, coming from a university background in exercise science. we are a down to earth team living a healthy life and helping others do the same. we are located in bowen hills which is conveniently situated for those coming in to and out of the city for their work and there is plenty of parking.
