our mission is to encourage self-confidence in the children to help them feel secure when approaching developmentally age-appropriate new areas of learning and experience. an atmosphere of encouragement and approval in a learning environment is provided. we feel children learn through personal experience and we, therefore, present many open-ended learning situations where children can learn and create at their own developmental rate. the basic learning skills are presented and reinforced through individual, as well as group direction. this prepares the child for future classroom experiences and still gives them the personal contact and approval so necessary for young children.
