bettermoi is a nonprofit, women founded community, with the mission of empowering people to become a better version of themselves, through encouragement on self-care practices and support from our social community. http://bettermoi.ca/ bettermoi encourages our community members to become better humans, by writing down and sharing daily positive activities including learning a new skill, practising self-care such as meditation and yoga, exercising, calling an old friend, listening to calm music, participating in a goodness driven community…etc. our missions is to improve people’s wellness and health. we hope people develop the habit of taking care of themselves everyday. we believe that true happiness comes from inner-peace, and the practice of self-care is one of the best ways to create a more compassionate and united world. our core values are: wellness, compassion, continuous improvement, and inclusion.
