we are a slovenian r&d food startup founded by enthusiastic entrepreneur, scientist and engineer. our goal is to develop a deep understanding of plant-based and flexitarian consumer’s needs, the environmental impact of food production and with this knowledge engineer better food products. our company provides novel plant-based product manufacturing technologies. the first product we developed was a plant-based burger altburger™, that is currently available in all interspar stores across the country. we specialize in developing hardware for alternative protein processing, such as texturizing equipment for production of fibrous meat analogues.
