dr. jacee cotton has special training in a unique field of vision care called developmental optometry. at beyond 20/20, we work to help our patients develop necessary visual skills to lead a successful life. we treat adults and children with vision problems including visual spatial, visual perceptual and visual processing problems. the brain controls the areas of visual function rather than our eyes, therefore, even if you or your child have 20/20 vision, you can still experience problems that interfere with learning and reading. oftentimes, children with visual development disorders like dyslexia are often mislabeled, misdiagnosed and mistreated. so we want to help you overcome those difficulties to lead a happier and productive life.
