gyms can be intimidating. that’s why we created a new kind of gym for active people ages 50 and over. in our comfortable (and vibrant) setting, you’ll find: - state-of-the-art fitness equipment - bluetooth technology on cardiovascular equipment for ipod and television connection - certified, accessible coaches - personalized, nurse-approved fitness programs - no-pressure group classes including flexibility & balance and functional fitness - a wide range of services including health assessments, assistance with health issues ranging from obesity to diabetes, post rehabilitation, nutritional advice, posture correction, joint therapy, core strengthening, and more! when you join, our coaches will support you through every step of your journey to fitness. what’s more, beyond fifty is owned by a nurse, so our programs are carefully formulated for your unique needs. whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or a fun exercise class, we’ll get you motivated. oh, and being retired is not required!
