Beyond Neutral Paper

beyond neutral is part of fusion paper and board ltd; a paper merchant based in bradford and formed in 2009. we sell many products but are roots are in paper and we specialise in supplying to schools/universities/collages, as well as the tradition printing sector. we have always had a goal of becoming a carbon neutral business which we achieved in 2020. we did this by offsetting 1370 tonnes of carbon which represented our total scope 1 and 3 emissions for the year. becoming a carbon neutral business feels good, but we want to go further, we want to sequester more emissions than our business produces, so we have created beyond neutral. to become beyond neutral was a challenge, but what it means is that any organisations who buy beyond neutral products have the confidence to know that 150% of the emissions created will be offset by donating money to accredited reforestation programs in central america, and on top of the 150% emission we also donate 2p for every ream sold to the yorks
