beyond start-up was established to support start-up companies along and after the intensive growth stage. consulting the management in a time when the company usually doubles its size and work (employees and clients volumes) and has fewer resources to attend all the changing organizational demands. a lot of attention is required then to new units being established , management levels added, roles and processes being defined and implemented. beyond start-up is led by michal chozev - an organizational psychologist, experienced consultant, mentor and facilitator in the growing start-up sector.
