fábrica bidassoa basque brewery nace de la inquietud de nuestro maestro cervecero carlos arrecubieta, doctor en microbiología y con una dilatada experiencia en el mundo de la investigación científica entre madrid, manchester y nueva york, donde comienza a interesarse por la elaboración de cerveza artesanal. tras un período de colaboración con captain lawrence brewing co. (ny), decide crear una fábrica de cerveza artesanal junto a su amigo iñigo pérez y trabajar en una de sus grandes pasiones. en bidassoa basque brewery iniciamos nuestra producción en otoño de 2014. desde ese momento estamos en constante crecimiento, incorporando nuevas cervezas a nuestra gama de productos, divididos en diferentes líneas. taproom en bidassoa taproom apostamos por un formato donde las protagonistas, nuestras cervezas artesanas, conviven y se integran en una oferta gastronómica cambiante, que tiene como objetivo principal adaptarse a las diferentes necesidades de nuestros clientes. la temporalidad de
