bieniussa/martínez is a german-spanish architectural practice based in madrid and founded in 2004 by oliver bieniussa and mireia martínez muñoz. in recent years, numerous projects were developed at home and abroad. bieniussa/martínez’s work is realized over a wide range of scales and building types including building for workplace (office), cultural and housing. our approach is to develop and realize creative architectural solutions that are as economically viable as they are sustainable. our projects are inspired by and tailored to the specifics of their site, their brief and their client. the enjoyment of the sensuality of space and material, as well as the mastery of up-to-date technology and the intelligent use of existing resources of every kind are the focus of our work. since we consider architecture to be a process of dialogue we intimately involve selected experts and consultants in every stage of the design process.
