“bière du boucanier” are produced in belgium with the traditional brewing process of the top fermentation and re-fermentation in the bottle adding sugar and yeast, the beers are not filtered either pasteurized and using only carefully selected natural ingredient and yeast cells isolated in the brewery, the water comes solely from the wells located on the brewery grounds. a typical proceeding that preserves the purity and genuineness of the production granting exquisite nuances of flavor and remarkable quality. our range of products is “year-round”: golden ale, dark ale, red ale, caribbean ale, old buccaneer triple and a seasonal production named christmas ale. due to its incomparable characteristics and the excellent taste, in 2014 boucanier golden won the golden medal with 3 stars (the highest acknowledgment) of the “superior taste award” by the itqi (international taste and quality institute in brussels) in the category “ belgian strong golden ale”, by a jury composed of 120 chefs, s
