a bierstelle surgiu a partir do sonho de dois amigos em empreender no mundo cervejeiro, era outubro de 2018 e estava rolando a oktoberfest, em um papo descontraído regado a música alemã e muito chopp brindaram o início da sociedade. os sócios não dividiram apenas um sonho em comum, mas também a coincidência dos nomes, fundando a carlos & carlos comércio de bebidas ltda. um ano depois, em 04 de outubro de 2019 foi inaugurada a primeira loja. hoje possui mais de 130 rótulos de cervejas, 10 tap's de chopp artesanal, snacks e chocolates. em fevereiro de 2020 começou a atuar com e-commerce (www.loja.bierstelle.com.br), sendo mais uma opção de compra aos clientes.
