at big apple business, we come to work every day because we want to solve the biggest problems in how people communicate. when we’re presented with tough challenges, that gets us curious. when we help our clients succeed, that makes us happy. we write, publish and talk about communication everyday—and we can’t imagine doing anything else. big apple was founded in 2003. we got our start in international communication, helping professionals use english effectively in their work roles. however, over the years, we saw other challenges: supporting cross border teams to help create an effective communication culture and international executive coaching. after more than sixteen years, we’ve become more focused, grateful, humbler and a lot more curious about today’s challenges. we’ve gotten help, forming partnerships with like minded trainers and coaches who share our curiosity, mission and the belief that there’s a better way to communicate. as we move forward, our company values are as
