the bihar development collective is a joint initiative of well-meaning individuals and organizations who have a similar passion, zeal, competencies, and beliefs towards strengthening the current development ecosystem of bihar. to do so, they are making a conscious attempt to develop bdc as a thriving platform, which is enabling safe peer learning space, collaborations, mentoring, cross-learning etc. the collective will evolve with time, adding multiple functionalities by holding a very structured process that caters to the needs of the hour but has a clear vision to “strengthen the development ecosystem” in the last three years, bdc has made decent progress even though things around us were struggling to get better because of the covid forced slowdowns. seeded in july 2019, bdc is now a registered legal body as "bdc impact foundation" (section-8 company). it has organised seven internal conventions of the members, conducted 6+ masterclasses, and directly-indirectly played role in mu
