Bim Medical Cannabis

bim-medical cannabis ltd (bmc) was incorporated in barbados in 2018 with the goal of facilitating the development of the medical cannabis industry nationally and regionally in the caribbean. the company has a formal affiliation with the university of the west indies, cave hill establishing an active public-private-partnership (ppp) to achieve this goal through a scientifically sound evidence-based approach to industry development. the principal services and activities of the ppp include: keeping the caribbean public aware of best practice and new developments in the medical cannabis industry globally; developing and delivering educational and training courses and workshops for certification of physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other cannabis industry practitioners in barbados and the eastern caribbean; conducting laboratory and clinical research on cannabis and field research on cannabis cultivars as well as providing quality assurance services for the industry.
