bioassaystandards llc provides bioactive compounds with well investigated biological activity. among them are enzyme inhibitors, receptor agonists and antagonists, and metabolites of the known drugs. the compounds are important tools for study the effects of similarly bioactive compounds in vivo and in vitro. our bioactive products serve as standards or reference compounds in medicinal chemistry research. chemical compounds offered by bioassaystandards were synthesized in-house using original synthetic procedures. compounds are either available from stock or can be prepared within a short timeframe. the structural integrity and purity of our compounds are fully validated by means of 1d and 2d nmr, lc/ms, gc/ms, and elemental analysis. we offer a number of chiral compounds in an optically pure form; besides checking compounds′ optical rotation their optical purity is confirmed by means of chiral hplc and nmr.
