illinois bis was a training and consulting organization under the auspices of the university of illinois urbana-champaign. the organization helped businesses around the world develop their people and processes for better business outcomes. after working there 10 years as a senior consultant bis consultants was formed, continuing to help clients around the world achieve their objectives. we work in partnership with the chicagoland chamber of commerce to provide grant funding for illinois-based businesses in need of training and development for all levels of the organizations. bis consultants provides training and consulting in the following areas: - leadership development - problem solving & process improvement - high-performance teamwork - professional development.
