bizharri was founded in 2006 named after our last born daughter (biziwe) and her grandmother (harriet). biziwe means “the called one”. bizharri therefore represents “the called one that responds and acts with speed” when all else in human resources has failed. while acknowledging existing best practices and off the shelve material in hr/ir/csi, our company works towards offering solutions that are innovative and unique in that they not only challenge the status quo but also address real problems, solve the actual problem by introducing sustainable countermeasures.
