bizstarts is a nonprofit organization that fosters entrepreneurship in southeastern wisconsin. our mission is to build and expand a vibrant entrepreneurial business climate in the milwaukee 7 region by training, educating and mentoring entrepreneurs and their companies. we facilitate growth of companies through our bizstarts program, resulting in increased job creation, business sustainability and economic development in the region. we serve anyone wanting to start a business that will create sustainable jobs. since 2008, bizstarts has served over 612 entrepreneurs at various stages of development and we continue to work with them until their business is successful. the bizstarts program includes: • personal assessment and coaching: each entrepreneur coming to bizstarts has a one-on-one meeting to diagnose and identify their needs. • market assessment: we help the entrepreneur identify customers and drive sales and revenue. this includes online marketing, e-commerce, distribution, iden
