at the creative helm of bkd studios is brian, an industrial designer with more than 17 years’ experience. he has led the design teams and built the brands of some of the largest lifestyle and performance global brands. the other half of bkd studios is yen, a lawyer by profession whose career has seen her through some of the most high-profile criminal and financial regulatory cases and building a fintech business. her appreciation of art and design comes through osmosis, with a father who was an architect and a mother, a jewellery designer. moving on to the next chapter of their lives, they are turning their passion into a brand that is synonymous with artfully created luxury products - designed, sourced and made in the uk.
