frustrated that people only wanted to talk about the issues and challenges, successes and achievements of black people during black history month and yet black people are black all year round, this is a vehicle to make sure that the conversation continues. black all year is webinars, videos and a podcast all about issues affecting black people in the 'western world". dealing with racism, discrimination in all it's forms and a lack of equity and inclusion, black all year, seeks to provide a platform for black voices and to educate others so that they may become valuable and active allies.
