black bear environmental services is a portland, oregon based environmental services company providing environmental testing services for residential and light commercial clients in oregon and washington. our core services include soil and water testing, astm compliant phase i environmental site assessments and radon testing. as we ramp up we will be adding more services to the list. black bear is a social enterprise venture with the mission of making environmental testing services available to communities affected by exposure to environmental contaminants. in addition to our commercial work, we endeavor to empower communities to take charge of their own environmental health by providing access to competent, professional technical environmental services. we will be working with local non-profit and community groups to identify opportunities for involvement. more information about our community partnerships is available on our website.
