blackbird acoustics was formed by alex j wyatt who is an acoustic consultant and the company director with over 23 years experience within the construction industry, working in the field of acoustics, noise and vibration. he has worked at some established companies in the sector (hta, aad and rba) over that period and experienced most 'situations' in the field of acoustic consultancy. whether it be noise surveying and glazing assessments, plant noise assessments, design of separating walls & floors, isolation of plant and gyms, train vibration assessments, or monitoring. he has also worked on a wide variety of project types from residential to offices, commercial spaces to schools, student accommodation to hospitals, etc.
