we celebrate the people who believe in better. blackbird is a woman-owned, b corp employee benefits consulting firm in portland, oregon. founded in september of 2018, our goal is to break the cookie-cutter mold and dusty convention of the broker industry, and work with mission-driven companies that want to bring more emphasis on human connection and inclusion into their benefit programs. real talk: we know we are never going to make insurance sexy, but we believe we can create a better human experience. blackbird is committed to partnering with organizations that are catalysts for positive impact. equity, inclusion and environmental advocacy are causes close to our hearts and deeply rooted in our principles.
